Have you ever wanted to learn how to make delicious foods over a fire? This is the class for you. We will go over some favorite’s backcountry recipes. In this course, we will go over how to cook with a Dutch oven, pie irons, reflector ovens, gill over the fire, and camp stoves. We will even bring out the Coleman oven and bake some cookies.

Evening canoe paddling is an amazing way to get out on the water and explore the nightlife. This 3-hour tour is for people of all ages and abilities.
Outdoor Leadership Skills - First Aid and Lost Person - Newport, ME
In this course, we will go over some basic items that you should have in your first aid kit. We will go over how to treat soft tissue injuries and what to do if you sprained your ankle. We will also go over the basic information on how to stay found in the wilderness and what to do if someone in your party is missing.
Outdoor Leadership Skills - Camp Craft - Newport, ME
Gain the skills needed for remote camping and include: tent pitching, building temporary shelters and emergency shelters from natural materials, camp safety, fire building, backpack stove use and maintenance, and review Leave no Trace principles including how to set up a bear bag.
