Have you ever wanted to learn how to make delicious foods over a fire?  This is the class for you.  We will go over some favorite’s backcountry recipes. 

In this course, we will go over how to cook with a Dutch oven, pie irons, reflector ovens, gill over the fire, and camp stoves. We will even bring out the Coleman oven and bake some cookies.

Some the foods we will most likely make:

Homemade Campfire Pizza on the grill
Homemade breads
Various appetizers and snacks
Shepherd’s Pie or other delicious dishes
Homemade apple or blueberry pie and other fun deserts
Lots of meat, veggie, and vegan options.

Bring your appetite dinner is served!
