Experiencing a wilderness meditation by canoe is a truly unique and enriching way to connect with the natural world around us.
We will commence with introductory lessons on canoeing and safety, providing all necessary equipment such as canoes, paddles, PFDs, and more.
Together, we will paddle in harmony, immersing ourselves in the tranquil sounds of nature and the peacefulness of a silent glide. This thoughtfully planned experience aims to gently lead us towards a state of profound relaxation, nurturing inner peace and deep attunement to our inner selves.
Over three hours, you will forge a deeper connection with both yourself and the surrounding natural environment. In the midst of this session, you will be supported with comprehensive guidance and instruction covering various elements of mindfulness, including awareness and meditative practices.
