Experiencing a wilderness meditation is a truly unique and enriching way to connect with the natural world around us. This carefully crafted experience is designed to gently guide us towards a state of deep relaxation, enabling us to feel at peace and truly attuned to our inner truths.
Over the course of three hours, you will have the opportunity to become better acquainted with both you and the natural environment that surrounds you. Throughout the session, you will receive guidance and instruction encompassing various aspects of mindfulness including awareness and meditative practices.
